Quality control of oscillators used for infrastructure systems and equipments.

 Crystal oscillators we design and manufacture are mainly used, as key devices, for systems and equipments in communications and broadcasting infrastructure such radio access networks (W-CDMA, GSM/EDGE etc), point to point access networks and broadcasting stations (TTL,STL and FPU).

 In such infrastructure systems, if an oscillator breaks down, the whole system will go down giving great impact on communication networks.

 At our company, the vital importance of the oscillators, as key devices in the communication systems and equipments, is fully recognized by managements and the workers at all levels and it is reflected in the everyday job for the maintenance and improvement of quality and reliability of our oscillators.

1.Thorough reliability tests and review, verification and validation of oscillator design

 When we design oscillators, we thoroughly conduct series of reliability tests including vibration test, shock test, drop test, temperature cycle test, high-temperature acceleration test and overload test etc.

After design review, verification and validation, they are put to the pre-production run and reviewed again.

After these rigorous tests procedures oscillators are put into production phase thus ensuring high reliability of oscillators.

2.Pursuit of high stability with pre-production and post production thermal aging

 We believe that performance of crystal oscillator is determined by its stability.

For providing high stability crystal oscillators, the stability of its crystal resonator is indispensable.

In our production line, all the crystal resonators go through pre-production thermal aging in its early stage to ensure high stability of the oscillator.

3.Ensure high accuracy of tests and data reliability by computer automatic measurement

 We ensure accuracy of tests and data reliability through performing manufacturing process inspection and outgoing products inspection using computer GP-IB control automatic measurement system.

4. High accuracy inspection by GPS frequency reference system

 We have adopted GPS time and frequency receiver and distribution AMP (Agilent 58503A & 5087A) as frequency reference system.

In this system, receiving multiple radio waves from GPS satellite, we produce output of 10MHz reference signals with ultra-precision of only one in trillion error per day, and then we distribute them to measuring devices such as frequency counters and network analyzers, thus ensuring high accuracy and high reliability inspection.
